Pros

**Pros:** The shift hours allowed me to study at night.

Cons

Cons: I did not receive any opportunities to start a career during my five years as a teller, even after earning an associate degree in Data Science and receiving multiple recognitions during my time there.

Pros

It was a good place to grow professionally. Used to have an amazing HR Team, but now they don't care about Employees.

Cons

A lot of benefits were reduced or removed. Uppermanagement Leaders are constantly changing without any direction.

Pros

They try, free lunches once a month, they have rally meetings, 3 days a week required in the office, facilities are nice at headquarters in denver.

Cons

All big companies have major disorganization and I feel like barely function. This is not specific to Western union. It's always a mess at the top
