Values Sound Good on Paper, But Not Reflected in Practice

Pros

Opportunities for cross-regional exposure and international experience.

Cons

The organization presents itself as principled, ethical, and people-focused. In reality, experiences often depend heavily on who holds influence. In some areas, advancement favors those who focus on personal visibility, narrative control, and self-preservation, rather than those who act with integrity, collaboration, or accountability. Speaking up or asking for clarity around difficult situations can quickly shift how people are perceived and treated. Bullying is not uncommon, but it is often unaddressed if addressing it does not serve the organization’s interests. Individuals who manage up effectively — regardless of how they treat peers or manage down — can be protected or even rewarded, while concerns raised by others are largely ignored. Private discussions are sometimes selectively documented and presented in ways that shift perception. Raising concerns through internal channels does not always lead to resolution, and organizational processes, including exit procedures sometimes framed as restructuring, can reinforce these dynamics. If this review seems subjective, look at the share price. External performance mirrors internal struggles: when culture falters, execution and results suffer. The company’s market performance reflects that strain.

Pros

Good cab facility and insurance benefits.

Cons

Hire and fire policy, Politics by managers, non transparent policies, no HR help. Leadership prioritizing “personal job security over organizational stability”, with “sudden terminations… favouritism over merit." Lack of promotion and good hike Lack of flexibility in terms of working hour
