Pros

Great life-work balance. There are some great people to work with specially in US and other regions.

Cons

Poor leadership, favoritism in all areas. Salaries are not balanced between areas and annual increases are very poor. Some of the management team lack people and management skills. High rotation due to poor management. I saw managers who did not treat people with respect. A shame because WU could be a great place to work. People talk a lot about values but don't really put them into practice. People are afraid of retaliation.
