      Pros

      Colleagues were great to work with. External Customers were great to work with. Good Life/work balance - depending on your boss.

      Cons

      Not the right people in the right position. Not innovative. Western Union PILLARS are just said not followed. Lots of "Word Spinning" If you "TALK THE LOUDEST" you are heard the most even when wrong.

      *Good benefits *Competitive Salaries *Flexible work schedules *Good training opportunities Most people are friendly and willing to help. Good employee reward program.

      Cons

      *Company moves slowly *New ideas are generally rejected unless they come from the top Too many chiefs, not enough workers. Lots of directors/VPs with no direct reports.
