Cons

1. Non-competitive pricing puts WU at a huge disadvantage in the long term 2. New C-Suite crew is not performing well (whole team replaced in 2021-2023) 3. Lots of job dissatisfaction and retrenchments 4. Absolutely horrible pay adjustments and bonus (3% pay increment and less than 1 month bonus) 5. Pros

Its a job, I guess?

Cons

Very non-employee friendly. They make you badge in and badge out of the floor because they are monitoring how long you are working and if not working exactly 8 hours in the office, you will be on a report. They took away the unlimited PTO and not it is limited to 19 days a year. They reduced the severance package in half. There are better jobs options out there, stay away!
