Pros

The clinics and hospitals are ran the way the doctor perfers, so it doesn't make the clinic or hospital feel corporate.

Cons

Trying to get information from anyone at corporate is like pulling teeth, they either run you around or just flat out don't respond.

Pros

Coming from a company that is ranked in the top 100 workplaces in Healthcare, WVP is giving them a run for their money! I have worked within combination of remote, in-person and hybrid positions and I can say hands down that I have never felt more appreciated and valued by a team and company. They go above and beyond to do the little things IN ADDITION to the big things which you rarely see. You can expect to be fairly compensated, acknowledged for achievements both small and large, an ego-less company, comradery from all teams and leadership, and encouragement for work-life balance within a fast-growing company.

Cons

I genuinely do not have any cons from a company perspective. From a personal angle, the challenges you will run into are if you are a remote team member and the type of setting you prefer to work in. The remote workplace has its challenges regardless of who you are working for. It takes an extra level of organization, self-discipline and often for me, a 3pm coffee. Additionally, the veterinary industry and WVP is having tremendous growth right now so there is a start-up feel to the company. For me, this is exciting to be a part of an incredible organization as we continue to collaborate with likeminded individuals and vet practices to join us in growth. It also means we are continually evaluating our processes to make sure we are being both effective and efficient without losing our core values and community feel.

Pros

Descent insurance A couple of great teammates.

Cons

Horrible management. Favoritism runs thick. They do not supply all employees in the same position with the same tools. Management makes inappropriate comments and are rude. Don’t ever suggest a new approach, you will have a target on your head.
