The leadership at this company is remarkable. Open lines of communication and plenty of growth and development opportunities. Outside the box thinking is encouraged. Always available for questions and assistance when introducing new processes or procedures.

Cons

Rapid growth has come with some growing pains, but when issues do arise, they are handled quickly and with a forward thinking approach.

Such a wonderful group of people to work with. From the C-Suite down, every team member has the opportunity to have their voice heard, to be valued and a part of the bigger picture. I'm so glad I took a leap of faith to join this young and fast growing company!

Cons

With such rapid company growth, at times there are small growing pains but that is to be expected. WVP's response to these scenarios is quick and often times that response is already prepared for such circumstances.

Leadership is approachable and welcoming, everyone wants to work hard and see others succeed, people are open to learning from past experiences and there is no shortage of opportunity for growth. Working is inspiring and fun again.
