At Mountain Veterinary Hospital a pro is the opportunity to work closely with experienced doctors IF you are among their favorite.

Cons

At Mountain Veterinary Hospital years of experience or certifications don't count with this team of doctors. Anyone hired that they like (physical appearance and attractiveness seem to be a factor, especially for the male doctor) will be trained up immediately for specialized tasks even if they have no prior experience. If asked to be trained to do more a pep talk to wait in line will be given.

The pay was fine for the position but still could’ve been better.

Cons

Dramatic environment, these people are focused on each other too much rather than the animals. The manager is inexperienced and doesen’t know how to properly run a company, let alone a company of this kind of importance. Highly recommend working for a different clinic who appreciates both the animals and the employees. They have policies that they don’t follow through with on their end, and the manager is prejudice in many ways. Get it together Bernalillo.
