I love working with animals, and it is my goal in life to have my career be in this field.

Cons

We are consistently understaffed and we have been promised raises for years and never received them. No matter how many times the company ups our responsibilities or expected income we surpass it, and we have yet to give employees raises. We have all improved drastically over the past years and have nothing to show for it.

At Mountain Veterinary Hospital a pro is the opportunity to work closely with experienced doctors IF you are among their favorite.

Cons

At Mountain Veterinary Hospital years of experience or certifications don't count with this team of doctors. Anyone hired that they like (physical appearance and attractiveness seem to be a factor, especially for the male doctor) will be trained up immediately for specialized tasks even if they have no prior experience. If asked to be trained to do more a pep talk to wait in line will be given.
