Cons

The interview process is a joke they bait you in by saying they expect you to make 60-100k a year in interviews (you won’t) 1/25+ people have that I have seen. They also make it seem investment focused which it isn’t because you won’t last long enough to work with them, it doesn’t pay you anything and they want you selling life insurance. They will not pay you for the commuting you will be doing around the office 1+ hour to meet with clients. You will probably work 50 hours a week and they will expect you to be calling all of your friends and family within the first week and bully them into getting something. The whole business is incredibly shady and I wouldn’t let my friends or family make the mistake of working there if I could stop it. There are also managers that will steal business from their reps and then let the reps get fired. If you don’t sell enough THEY TAKE YOUR SALARY AWAY. They do not tell you that before starting I would definitely be weary it took a year+ to get out and that place was a joke of a job. They have a 90% turnover rate within a year seems almost systemic like they want to milk you by selling friends, family and even encourage yourself into garbage insurance products then fire you because you didn’t want to ruin a persons life by lying to them or selling them a product they do not need. If you have other options do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY I promise you will regret it.
