      Pros

      Manager of the cafe is nice, flexible with scheduling and listens to employees. Job is not difficult and there is a lot of independence for a food industry job to structure your own day. As long as you get the work done you can do it however works best for you.

      Cons

      No job growth, cafe employees strictly limited to 19 hours a week. No insurance or benefits. It's a part-time job a little above minimum-wage, what you see is what you get.
