This place preys on new grad NPs, beware! A bizarre toxic culture, incompetent and/or lazy management, emotionally brutal work with no support. You will be lucky to survive 6 months

Great co-workers. Did not start out that way, but made tremendous improvements in that area.
Cons
Management is extremely vindictive towards its employees. They blame them for everything that goes wrong at work. Management yells at employees which includes swearing and use of profanity. They have made employees cry on more than one occasion. Management is very combative with their employees and they do not listen to them. To many staff meetings and tremendous amount of paperwork. Huge staff turnover and poor training. If you care about yourself or value your overall sanity, do not work at this facility. Also, it is extremely disorganized and severely understaffed.
