      Base pay is a little low and it is a corporation, so things take time to process and change.

      Pros

      Weyerhaeuser deeply cares about each employee returning home safely. Every leader is helpful and nice to work with. There is a good balance between home and work life. Sometimes days can be long, but it is part of the job. The benefits are fantastic. Plenty of opportunities to grow and move up within the company.

      Cons

      The only con I have is how dirty it can get here. Housekeeping is an issue.
