-Historically & presently a real LEADER in the building materials industry. -Environmental concerns are taken seriously. Forests are managed seriously and with much thought for both products and communities. -Competitors tend to sell for less but no one compares to Weyerhaeuser's service levels. -Different opportunities are abundant if you are willing to relocate, as there are many locations throughout the United States all within many different divisions.

Cons

-The execution and follow through after adopting new technologies and processes, leaves something to be desired. -The building materials industry as a whole is very late to the DE&I conversations.
