Trying to compensate for the Seattle location by incorporating fun events. There has been a slight change in the culture since moving to Seattle in order to stay relevant and try to be competitive with Seattle companies.

Cons

Pay and vacation are NOT competitive in the Seattle market. We now have no fitness benefits and this has brought down morale with many in the organization.

peers were dedicated and helpful, project was interesting and challenging, medical benefits were decent, lab equipment was fairly up to date and engineering for up and coming changes was encouraging

Cons

management cultured an environment that was bias and toxic, funding support from company was focused on meeting unattainable costs when compared to an inferior product, no room for growth
