Four days off every week Pay competitive for the area Work is not extremely hard We work four days on, four days off, so when you take vacation, you get 12 days off for every four day rotation you take off

Cons

Long hours, swing shifts expect to work weekends, holidays etc The work is indoor/outdoor combo so, it's hot in the summer (100+ degrees in some places,) and cold in the winter

Definitely some great people within the company.

Cons

Don't really put employees in positions where their background and experiences can be used and developed. Job opportunities and career projections are not made clear. 21st Century technology, 19th Century job principles. There's no "Diversity" in Senior Leadership.
