People are nice and professional. Development opportunities for employees with college degrees. In a green business. Rotation opportunities with quite different working environments.

Cons

Traditional manufacturing industry tends to be conservative on adapting new techs and methods. Existence in Canada is quite limited and not sure if HQ is going to sell Canadian operations
