      Pros

      Many good people (may have to search to find them), some decent management (newer) who want to steer the company in a more efficient direction. The desire for positive change is present.

      Cons

      Entrenched employees are very resistant to any sort of change/improvement to processes. 5 separate IT departments interrupt efficiency. Instead of acting like an IT department in a Fortune 500 company, the approach is much more mom and pop.

      Good team to work with that are committed to success. Company rewards good performance at all levels of the organization.

      Cons

      Similar to other large companies benefits have been significantly reduced over the last few years, such as having to use your personal cell phone for work.

      Has been a good company to work for. Do not like the direction the CEO is taking this company to. Will probably not be around in 20 years.

      Cons

      Use to be a balance of a people and business company. As with most companies it is now all about the large share holders.
