Great people, decent work-life balance, decent pay

Cons

Cost cutting environment during an economic upturn. Selling off business divisions piecemeal over the last decade to make money. More work with fewer people and small raises.

For many years this was a great place to work. Very family oriented. Great co-workers. 10 years ago I would have given this company five stars in every category. Now unfortunately things are very different as they are for many companies.

Cons

Due to the economy there were constant lay-offs. You never knew when it was going to be your time.
