Pros

Focus on production goes hand-in-hand with support to all personnel. The quality of work is based on the quality of workers and they use local people in their facilities to support the community and ensure the workers have a vested interest in both the community and the company.

Cons

Very few - harsh conditions due to the facility being a large plant that makes a product requiring heat and loud equipment. However, all necessary actions are taken to make employees as comfortable as possible to prevent heat stress and hyperthermia!

Pros

I worked as a research technician for several years. The tech center has some plush extras, including a cafeteria and gym. Both were excellent. Comradery of fellow technicians was a big plus.

Cons

Extremely male dominated company. Very few women in management, virtually none in upper management. Like taking a step back in time. Sexism and sexual harassment are far too prevalent.

Cons

Cost cutting environment during an economic upturn. Selling off business divisions piecemeal over the last decade to make money. More work with fewer people and small raises.
