Pros

Weyerhaeuser promotes a world class safety culture. They're ahead of most facilities in technology and lean manufacturing. They provide a great place to learn about fast paced automation.

Cons

They don't provide assistance for education. The retirement plan is a little above poor at best. Odd shifts including weekends for skilled labor.

People are very nice to work with. Very social atmosphere and lots of fun things to do within the company.

Cons

Middle management was very focused too much on numbers instead of bringing out the best in their direct reports, or giving opportunity to those who want to work for this company. Can be very clique-ish.
