      Pros

      In the Beginning it was a great place to work. Great Management took an active part in the running of the mill and spent a lot of time on the floor talking to people were a real part of the team they recognized hard work and treated EVERYONE with respect......

      Cons

      New management came in and did not have the same work ethic as previous management. It was no longer a team They sat in their offices with the doors closed were not at all approachable they picked favorites and ignored the rest of the people. Some of the hardest workers who made the plant a success were thrown aside and became resentful. Managements way of dealing with these people was not to resolve the issues but to get rid of what they considered negative people.

      True development is not provided to every employee. It is only given to those who are favored. Top level managers underestimate the disengagement that all the changes have had on employees A lot of animosity between Corporate Employee and Business employees
