Steady work, 12 hour shifts, good hours, good pay, good benefits and ultimately if you're invested into this company's vision the work is fun!

Cons

Personally, I've yet to experience any cons to this job. I'm happy.

Weyerhaeuser leads by example from the leadership on down. The company is the leader in Forestry practices and follows that up by action. In creating wood products Weyerhaeuser makes to give back to the communities it works in by giving grants to local causes. The pay and benefits are better than average. There is also many opportunities to grow into a new position.

Cons

Commute into Seattle office can be long for some( although wfh opportunities are growing for certain positions)
