Culture and values. Great, sincere and hard working employees, ability to move around, reasonable pay, real pension plan. There is a diverse set of business allowing folks to find a niche area that interests them.

Cons

Culture change, frequent cuts to save costs, elimination of traditional perk programs such as workout rooms, limited sense of job security in new company.

Great benefits, good pay, and good people. Everyone was willing to help each other out when needed.

Cons

No standard practices in place, each site had to recreate the wheel when it comes to a corporate audit. Although, a lead team was in place for each division, there was not standards between them.
