Inefficient systems and archaic processes, inept management, and slow to change for the better if even at all.

Pros

Middle and upper management get bonus’s and excellent pay.

Cons

Everyone below them, nothing. Just 16 hour days and no raises for years while the higher ups rep the benefits from your suffering.

Pros

Fellow employees are nice. A few managers are helpful because they came from your position too. The benefits are the best I’ve had in my career also.

Cons

The upper management sucks. They send out memos nearly every week or so telling us to work a random overtime shift the week of. They’re like ghosts. Show up and shake your hand to pass out hams for Christmas or have a meeting about a 1% or 2% raise every other year. I’ve been here 5 years trying to move up with no success. I’ve tried contacting management about issues at the main office in Seattle. Phone numbers on the website are disconnected and emails are never returned.
