I absolutely enjoyed my 7 years with the company. My last supervisor at HQ was an incredible mentor and human. I enjoyed leading a great team and was able to get promoted 3 times over the course of 5 1/2 years.

Cons

Timberlands has some semi toxic leadership and some crusty folks that should retire.

Very ethical. They try and do the right things the right way. There is a ton of growth opportunities for those that are hungry.

Cons

A lot of admin stuff in many areas of the business. Too much busy work. People have to develop themselves. The company doesn’t do much to actually develop anyone.
