Pros
Weyerhaeuser has excellent training and makes sure you are confident in your job. They make sure you have someone to reach out to for questions and they expect training to be on going. High Deductible health benefits can be expense but the network of care is good. Yearly pay increase & bonus.
Cons
Weyerhaeuser is a well oiled machine that makes you feel like a cog in the wheel. Very little room for error or human connection. Always felt like a competition to keep leadership on your side. Very cut and dry environment that felt intimidating at times. Ridged work hours.
