Pros

Pay but also because if how much I was paid was one of the reasons I was terminated.

Cons

No longer treated like an individual when it was owned by the Dobson family. No care or concern about me or my family even though I was A HIPO OP my store was routinely in the top of the market. They dont care about their "family members " we are a means to an end. And they are suffering for it.

Pros

Friendly culture Intellectually stimulating Management relationships are positive, they uplift and advocate for you

Cons

Does not invest money for higher education (other than $500 scholarship lottery) Not suitable for introverts, participation in the culture matters a lot Medical benefits are mid range at best in value (not ideal for those that have a lot going on medically) Workload can be a bit much, be prepared to be task juggler and assert limitations when needed
