Pros

The customers, employees. Both are a bonus to working here.

Cons

Dedication means nothing. Went thru 9 GMS in 12 years, some good, most terrible. Since the matriarch of the company, Grace Dobson, passed away the whole out look of " family work environment" went with her. No one has your best interest in mind. One mistake and bye. Even tho you work for people were demoted and or either quite and came back, 12 years of total dedication means nothing .
