There were usually only two people working on the night shift which can become very hectic especially when the food delivery would come so had to have good multi-tasking skills.

Customers. My god, they're so freaking rude! I've worked fast food before but never dealt with as many rude people as I have while working here. You do a lot for a measly $8.00 an hour. Taking trays out to customers and nicely refilling their drinks for them and not even getting a simple thank you. Not even a smile. Then when you encounter a grateful customer that tries to tip you, management snatches it up and that money goes in their petty cash envelope. There's much, much more but if you want to work there, you'll see for yourself how terrible it is.
