Pros

Overall benefit package is above industry standards. Being paid once a week plus monthly bonuses is a very big plus.

Cons

The organizational culture isn't very good. Corporate level management isn't in tuned with the individual unit level needs of their team members as well as store management. Thus placing unnecessary burdens and pressure on the GM & Managers. Raises aren't given very often.

Pros

The staff us normally pretty relaxed and some coustomers feel bad for you so the random tip is acquired.

Cons

The management can either suck or be awesome. I experienced both and when it got to the sucking part it was bad. Management didn't have any clue what he was doing.
