- Clear opportunity for growth - Training and rotation at all stations - More commitment to customer satisfaction makes for nicer environment

Cons

- Fairly obvious when certain people come to work high - Sometimes workers are needlessly stuck on just one or two stations

Friendly co workers and management. Managers are willing to work with your schedule if you are attending school.

Cons

Their speed of service isn't that great nor is the accuracy of the orders. Their milk shake machine hardly ever works, the Air Conditioner is always breaking. They honestly just need to rebuild the whole place.
