So many Cons. First off, half the management are ex-cons. And that includes Upper Management. They don't give a crap if their stores are doing good. Area Managers want their stores' GM's and Managers to fail, so that their own jobs are safe. Training at stores is horrendous. They expect you to know everything in less than a day. Know why? They are so desperate, because of the high turnover rate. I've never seen so many people quit from one company. There's no family life. You think you're getting off at your scheduled time, think again. You'll be asked to come in early and even stay later. Stores are open 24hrs/day, and closed only 1 day a year. I know a few companies stay open certain holidays, but Whataburger claims it's such a Christian company. The pay should be better. For what Managers and General Managers have to put up with, they should be getting paid much better. Managers are sleazy. This one dude flirted with me every time I worked. Look somewhere else for work. This place really was terrible.
