Pros

Weekly pay, 50% off meals

Cons

No breaks for anyone over the age of 18, this includes being on your feet for 9 hours straight or longer. You usually never get off your shift when you are supposed to, you don't get holiday pay, minimal benefits for team members (i.e healthcare etc), certain shifts don't do their daily tasks leaving the other shifts to pick up the slack, team members playing around when they should be at their stations and super poor communication between managers / supervisors.
