Pros

Getting plenty of overtime. Working any hours. Getting free food at some stores but not all and being able to run your shift..

Cons

Too many kids seem to work there and ruin the brand name of whataburger. Too many complaints from customers. Kids are always late to work normally.

Pros

learning to multitask, working together as a team

Cons

everything gets put on one person's shoulder's, you are not doing a good enough job if you are not a favorite or speak Spanish, you will get put down alot by management and the favorite employee's, no matter how hard you work you will not get paid as good as someone who doesn't put as much effort into their job.

Pros

Good hours, flexible schedules, fresh ingredients as far as I know, friendly co-workers and managers. Easy menu, sort of. Fun place to work at if you're in school

Cons

Fast paced, rude customers. Having to greet everyone who comes in the door- yeah it's good to do that but it gets repetitive. I don't like the uniform
