Pros

Weekly pay Discounted food (unhealthy..full of MSG, preservatives, etc) 24 hours so they'll work with your schedule .20/2% raises! So great

Cons

Take orders from lazy managers who do less and make more. Know that when it's get busy and stressful, some managers will run away and make you work on your own. .20/2% raises! So valued! Take orders from difficult customers and be blamed first when a issue comes up. No one blames the customer or even the cook. Get used to working a skeleton crew. Understaffed while you try putting up a fake smile while sweat comes down your face because your constantly doing something like cleaning in between customers. Never get breaks. You have to beg. Some managers realize employees are an investment and ask if you want a break.
