Pros

Managers willing to working with you schedule. Opportunity to advance if show you a hard worker. Most of the manager really care about their employees and will help you out when you need it.

Cons

My store was a training store for the new managers, so we got one or two new managers a month. This was annoying because the new managers would talk to us like we had no idea what we were doing. When almost on the morning shift had been working for the company for more than one year.
