Pros

All of the white collar perks: they pay for more than half of medical insurance costs they match 401k and managers and above get monthly bonuses.

Cons

They "require" managers and above to work a 50hr work week. If you are on salary they record your pay rate as if you are working a 40hr work week.

Pros

I cannot in good faith give any pros about the branch of the company I work for. I have been treated like dirt.

Cons

The pay is crap for starters. I do everything in the store, I can work the front and sometimes have to work the grill and I am treated as if am a second class citizen when working there. I am constantly being asked (implied) "Riley can you do my job and receive minimum wage while we get raises?"
