Pros

You got a review every 6 months which is a good thing. If you worked real hard, you could move up in the company. This culture of the office was very diverse.

Cons

I faced some challenges of working with irritated customers. There was also a lot of favoritism with the managers.

Pros

I enjoyed this company because they recognized my potential and I worked my way up from team member to team leader and then shift manager.

Cons

Pay starts low, bad moral among team members. No free food for employees only half off one meal per day.

Pros

Great flexibility in schedule, lots of friendly faces to help, training program, maintenance operations.

Cons

Overnight challenges (ie. drunk patrons), supervisor availability (they are sleeping during over night shifts), 401K contribution not on par with similar companies.
