Pros

Family owned and operated. Loyal Family Members to complement a fiercely loyal customer base. Growing strategically always with an eye to the customer experience. Opportunities abound at this certified Texas Treasure.

Cons

Because of long tenure of Family Members at the corporate level, promotions sometimes require extreme patience. Corporate Headquarters is at capacity, so finding conference rooms can be frustrating.

Pros

The customers! It was a small town, so you already knew most of the community. After working there for a week or two, you knew who the regulars were, what their orders would be, and they know the amount. Smooth and easy transactions.

Cons

Even if you wanted to, the wouldn't let you work over 40 hours. As soon as it was 40.10, they would send you home.
