Pros

Whataburger is a much better place to work at compared to other fast food chains. Pay rate is a little above minimum wage but what do you expect. Also there is a 10 - 50 c pay raise every 6 moths. So if you actually work real hard you could get a 1$ raise in one year.

Cons

Managers and employees can be a pain some times and at certain locations.

Pros

Working the drive thru was fun because I got to interact with customers. You will become an expert at the position that you are trained in. The benefits (50% food ) are good.

Cons

Very few people get to advance. I started out on fries. Then moved to the drink station. I was then supposed to be taught to run the cash register. However, they refused to train me. Because I have limited ability in handling money, I can't get a job anywhere else!
