The WORST job I've ever had.

Pros

They will give you a lot of hours because people call in all the time.

Cons

Wow, where do I start? - HORRIBLE scheduling, never payed attention to my scheduling needs. - Called me an hour before my shift and asked me to stay home because "Labor was too high". - Really really bad management. It's clear they only hire managers if they REALLY need any. They don't put any thought into how these people would behave in a management title. I got into several fights with several "managers" because they were really impatient, and only wanted to look out for themselves. - I got hung up on almost every time I would TRY to call in. Their responses were pretty much only out of anger. -

Pros

Great experience for entry level restaurant managers, fun work environment, great product, rewarded bonus for how well the unit does quarterly

Cons

Shifts maybe short handed and bonus is difficult to get at times
