Pros

Flexible hours, unlimited overtime, and thats basically it

Cons

Crazy high expectations (kind of expected), constantly understaffed, nothing is ever cleaned unless its done by mid shift, employees have a tendency to walk out, favoritism, nepotism, targets either employees not in their circle or management without genuine reasoning, an enormous lack of communication, huge safety risks (parts on the grill are broken making it easier it burn/hurt yourself, improper training leading to an already prominent safety risk), nobody that can properly train employees without it being another employee while we're already understaffed, one shift (mid) is forced to stay late and clean because the other shifts got sent home early, and more.
