Pros

Flexible hours that you can define, more often then not. 401(k) plan you can manage.

Cons

Managers often have negative attitudes due to their higher-ups constantly nagging on them. Dress code appears to be a bigger concern then whether you show up on time or are late. Effort is put into training, but you may have many fine details glossed over until it's too late.

Pros

Its very fast paced, no down time, flexible full and part time hours, you can move up the chain of command if you wanted to, its fun overall great experience.

Cons

The customers at the store i was working at were very rude, some of my team members were also, its was a place that needed a whole new team and when i came in it was just being put together. It was a lot of personalities on the team that just didnt mix.
