Pros

The managers always made my day. I enjoyed running around and once i gsve my gm a set schedule to work with, he actually worked around my personal life as a single mom. He always was helpful and even though he was the general manager, he would actually work rather than just monitor us. He would get on the cooking line and help us, he would scrub the floor when one of us had to leave it to take care of a customer, he made sure he interacted with customers too. He's such a wonderful man, and i miss him as my boss!

Cons

Sometimes customers are very rude and demanding, but what can you do other than smile and tell them "My Pleasure". Sometimes you will work 12 hour shifts, and some days there will be ao many customers and if its understaffed, you wont get a break.

Pros

If you have a good team it can be fun, but that's anywhere. Pays a little more than most entry level jobs, IF you're lucky.

Cons

One of the adult male employees threatened me while I was working and the manager pretended not to hear it but one of the employees said that he had heard it so they moved him to a different shift (which was the shift I wanted) and "talked" to him....then, he later got fired for cussing out one of the managers. He had also been harassing all of the females on shift, and tried to feel me up more than once, kept trying to get all touchy but at the same time talked to me like I was crap. And I just wanted him to leave me alone. After saying they have a "zero tolerance" policy, they sure as heck dont use it!!!
