Flexible scheduling, lots of availability for more hours, co-workers are pleasant.

Cons

Not many opportunities for advancement, mediocre pay, never properly staffed.

Pros

Your learn a lot of leadership skills you can at home and work.Very good bonus plans and other benefits.The pay was very good you can really make money if you know how to make numbers.Able to open doors for crew members to grow with the BRAND so they can can better future from themselves and there families.

Cons

New area managers that treat old GMs unprofessionally !! And covered up by HR and upper management.Bully GMs and no one will say nothing because people are afraid they will lose there job if they speak up.I have names but the BRAND IS SO BIG NOW NOBODY IS PAYING ATTENTION OR CARE.THE BRAND HAVE LOSS AND WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE GREAT PEOPLE UNTIL THEY CHANGE.

coworkers may slack, if you're good at everything a lot of responsibility lies on you even you aren't a team leader or manager, etc
