Pros

If you want to break into the fast food business with no experience then Whataburger is an option, but look somewhere else first unless you're desperate. The food is good, can make a burger however you want it.

Cons

What can be so hard about the burger and fry business? Could be fun, right? Well, it wasn't. Depends on the people. Your morale - enjoyment, fairness, treatment, communication - will depend on the attitudes and competencies of management and coworkers. Lots of complaining, watching your back, talking down to new people, and letting employees who have been there awhile get away with breaking company policy.
