      Talented team but culture diluted by middle management

      Pros

      Fast moving and high growth company with a lot of talented folks

      Cons

      The company brought a lot of middle management in during high growth periods which led to the company culture being lost and diluted and ultimately lost a lot of those talented employees who were there since the company was smaller.

      Pros

      -I've never been around so many talented, wicked smart, and humble people. Constantly learning every day. -The company continues to set new all time highs with no end in sight -Company principles and values are truly embodied across the entire org and are pillars in all strategic initiatives -Leadership in transparent and truly care about the their employees

      Cons

      -There's a ton of work to be done so you're not going to work a standard 9-5, but they make this clear from the interview phase. Other than work/life balance being hard to juggle at times, no other cons come to mind. Love working here.
