      Pros

      It’s still Day 1. No shortage of things to build that immediately drive impact and lasting change for the company and the community that relies on what we create. Huge opportunity and responsibility to make social commerce work. Continued year-on-year growth. Incredible talent that sharpens one’s own skills, pushing beyond what is possible. Still learning and growing after 2 years; still expect to for many more.

      Cons

      There’s always opportunity to disconnect, but it’s hard nonetheless. Live shopping doesn’t sleep.

      The company is on a strong growth trajectory so the work is impactful and meaningful, the founders genuinely care about their people, and the perks and benefits are world class.

      Cons

      It's a lot of hard work and not the right place if you're not willing to put in the work but it's worth it for the opportunity and growth for me. Might not be for everyone.
