Pros

Very young and energetic energy throughout the company. Everyone is working on high user impact projects at a fast pace. Great culture set from CEO.

Cons

Fast paced startup environment. Remote first company means less socialization with coworkers. A bit of a cultural division between different orgs.

It can be everything all at one at times, but this is easily better than the overwrought planning processes and top down control you normally experience in other technology companies.
